To place an order online using your Visa or MasterCard, simply browse through our Fine Prints, Books, Posters, and Calendars & Videos pages, and click on a product for purchasing details and/or to add it to your shopping basket. To view the contents of your shopping basket, click on the "View Basket" button at the top of the product pages at any time. When you are ready to place your order, click on the "Checkout" button.

Orders can also be placed by telephone, fax, email, or post. Please note that your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

When ordering, please provide us with your name, complete billing address, shipping address, and phone number and, if paying by credit card, the complete account number and expiration date.

Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, money order and personal check. Please add appropriate shipping and handling charges to all orders. California residents, please add 8.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and handling charges are added to all items. If more than one item is ordered, the items will be packaged together to reduce shipping charges where possible.

Domestic Orders
Orders shipped within the United States will be sent via UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise. Orders are usually processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. The standard time in-transit is 5-7 business days. For those who require faster service, UPS 3-day and UPS 2-day are also available. If you place your order online, shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout process, based on the weight of the items you are ordering and the shipping method that you choose. For other shipping options, including overnight service, please contact us at gallery@lanting.com, and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the United States will be sent via US Air Mail (7-10 business days) or Federal Express International Economy (5-7 business days).

Fine Prints
Fine Prints are packaged very securely, and are shipped via Federal Express both domestically and internationally to ensure safe delivery. We cannot replace Fine Prints that are damaged in transit when shipped with a carrier other than Federal Express.
